Cancellation & Refund
The in-depth report is created individually for you after your purchase – from your own answers. So you always know where you stand: as long as we haven't started preparing your report, you get a full refund at any time. Once it has been created and delivered, the work is done – at that point cancellation is excluded.
At a glance

- After the finished report is delivered: no cancellation, because the report was created individually for you (work performed, costs incurred).
- If something is genuinely wrong with a delivered report, reach out anyway – we'll find a fair solution.
- Refunds are processed through Paddle (our payment provider).

02What you're buying
The purchase is the in-depth Archetype OS report: a digital product that, after your purchase, is created individually and automatically from your test answers (using AI, among other things) and delivered to you by email and via your personal result link.
The report is therefore a personalised, made-to-order service. The actual effort and costs arise precisely when the report is created for you.
03Cancellation before creation / delivery
There is a window between your purchase and the finished delivery during which your report is still being prepared. As long as we have not yet begun creating your report, or it has not yet been delivered, you may cancel at any time and without giving a reason and receive a full refund of the purchase price.
Just send us a short email (see section 05).
04Exclusion after delivery
Once the individually created report has been finished and delivered to you, cancellation is excluded. This follows the statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal for
- goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, and
- digital content whose creation began, with your express consent, before the withdrawal period ended.
By purchasing and confirming that your report should be created immediately, you expressly consent to the immediate creation and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal ends upon delivery of the finished report. Until then (see section 03) your right to a refund is unaffected.
05How to cancel
An informal, clear statement by email to hallo@martina-meyer.ch is enough. Example:
Subject: Cancellation Archetype OS report
I hereby cancel my purchase of the in-depth Archetype OS report from [date].
Paddle order ID: [if known, from the confirmation email]
First and last name: [your name]
Please refund the purchase price.
You can also submit your request directly to Paddle – all options are in the confirmation email you received after your purchase.
06How the refund works
For a valid refund we return the full purchase price. The refund is made:
- to the same payment method you used at checkout (via Paddle.com Market Limited),
- usually within 5 to 14 working days, depending on your bank and Paddle,
- at no further cost to you.
07If something is wrong with the report
Even after delivery: if the report wasn't created as promised, doesn't arrive for technical reasons, or has a genuine defect, write to us at hallo@martina-meyer.ch. We'll fix it or find a solution that's fair for both sides. Your mandatory statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
Note: the report is an offer for self-reflection and inspiration – not a psychological, medical or therapeutic assessment. Dissatisfaction with the content of a correctly created, personal analysis does not, on its own, give rise to a refund claim.
08Governing law
Swiss law applies. For consumers resident in the EU, the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of their country of residence additionally apply where they go beyond the protection granted here. The Terms apply in all other respects.
